The latest drilling hits point to a potential resource extension some 120 metre along strike from the bonanza grade dirt at the Tumblegum resource area, with the new mineralisation remaining open along strike and at depth.
Some 2000m reverse circulation (RC) drilling has lit up with multiple high-grade gold lodes to the southwest, hinting at a repeat duplex structure that could extend the project’s shallow resource mine life.

I recently caught up with Ashley Jones aka ASH from Star Minerals Limited (SMS.asx) to discuss the Tumblegum South Gold Project drilling results where the best result was 5m at an oz gold per tonne.SMS is currently trading at 6.4c with a market cap of $11.9m, as of the 30th of June they held over $1.1m in the tin (for an EV of $10.8m).Star Minerals is focused on its Tumblegum South Gold Project in Western Australia, with mining anticipated for Q1 2026.
